Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on any perishable products.
When will I get my order?
We take pride in ensuring your order is prepared with care and shipped promptly. To preserve freshness and quality, we ship every Tuesday.
Our weekly order cutoff is Sunday at 11:59 PM. Any orders placed before this time will be shipped out by the following Tuesday.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but rest assured your order is handled with the same reverence and attention that defines everything we do.
Where are your animals raised?
Our meat is sourced locally here in Dallas and Austin, TX. We carefully select our partner farms to ensure our shared vision and that the meat is the highest quality available.
How much does shipping cost?
We believe in transparency — you’ll always know your shipping costs before placing your order.
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
For customers outside our 2-day ground delivery region, we offer UPS and FedEx 2-Day Air options to ensure every order arrives with the care and quality it deserves.
