Weekly Shipping Schedule

We ship all orders every Tuesday to ensure consistency and freshness.
Orders placed after Sunday at midnight will ship the following Tuesday.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

How We Ship

To maintain product quality and temperature control during transit, each order is packaged with:

  • Insulated Liners – high-performance thermal liners that help maintain optimal temperature.

  • Dry Ice – the amount is precisely calculated based on your state’s distance and climate conditions.

  • Durable Packaging – recyclable corrugated boxes designed to protect your order from start to finish.

Our fulfillment team monitors weather patterns and carrier performance to ensure your order arrives frozen and in premium condition.

Shipping Regions & Carriers

We currently ship via UPS and FedEx, with options determined by your location:

  • 2-Day Ground Shipping: Available to customers within our two-day ground delivery region.

  • 2-Day Air Shipping: For customers outside this region, we offer UPS or FedEx 2-Day Air to ensure your order arrives with the care and quality it deserves.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the contents of your order.
Orders over $250 ship free.

Dry Ice Handling

Your package may contain residual dry ice to maintain a frozen state.
Please handle with care:

  • Avoid direct skin contact.

  • Allow dry ice to dissipate in a well-ventilated area.

  • Keep away from children and pets.
