Mars Hill Farm is a 100-acre diversified farm and ranch just south of Dallas/Fort Worth, founded to exalt God and care for creation. Named for its hilltop location on Mars Road and inspired by the first-century site of religious dialogue in Athens, the farm is dedicated to nurturing both land and community.
Using regenerative and holistic practices, Mars Hill Farm raises livestock, grows flowers, and produces food that restores the soil and biodiversity. Their cattle, sheep, pigs, poultry, and bees all contribute to natural farm cycles through rotational grazing, composting, cover crops, and animal integration. For beef, the farm offers only primal ground beef, blending all parts of the cow to create the most flavorful and nutrient-rich meat. Every enterprise is guided by a commitment to steward creation well and help people reconnect with where their food comes from.
